🔥 “Passion isn’t something you lose — it’s something you stop feeding.”

Every relationship has an ember at its centre.

If you don’t tend it, it cools. But if you feed it — with curiosity, attention, and touch — it glows again.

Passion doesn’t disappear; it just waits for your energy to return.

Ask yourself:

✨ When was the last time I really looked at my partner?
✨ When did I last let desire lead the way?

Tonight, light a candle. Not for the drama of romance — but for the remembering of it.

🌙 “Intimacy begins where the masks come off.”

So often, we chase connection while wearing armour.

We want to be loved — but only for our best parts.

Yet the deepest intimacy begins when we let someone see our whole self — the tender, the tired, the true.

It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes it looks like messy hair, honest tears, or nervous laughter.
But when we’re brave enough to be seen, we invite real closeness.

Let yourself be witnessed in your humanness tonight.
That’s where love breathes. 💫

We had such fun I did an open your heart worksho We had such fun

I did an open your heart workshop (mbs Birmingham) and then one on connection. My sis Tara said all she would want is to see Nicky Alan who she is a fan of, has followed her since the beginning of her emergence and sent her money when her partner suddenly died and his family wanted her to move out of his home immediately. We were sat in a cafe in the festival and said “well you have opened your heart you never know what could happen”. Well Nicky Alan immediately walked into the cafe and sat with two people. I offered to speak to her but my sis was overwhelmed and said no cause it’s a bit like seeing Elvis. I waited then I went over to Nicky and asked her if Tara could say hello (I asked if ok to say something, explained I am a presenter and that Tara had supported and followed her for years and sent her money) she said yes and met and hugged and chatted to Tara and then went and got her a fab calendar and signed it. Tara is totally made up !!! #rosalindmoody#mindbodyspirit#openyourheart#lovecoach

💕 “What happens when you slow down enough to 💕 “What happens when you slow down enough to feel love again?”

Sometimes we move so fast that we forget love isn’t something to find — it’s something to feel.

It lives in the quiet moments: the warmth of a shared cup of tea, the familiar sound of laughter echoing through the room, the gentle touch that says, “I’m here.”

When you slow down, your senses open.

You start noticing the beauty that was always there — in them, and in yourself.

Today, try this: take one mindful breath before you speak, touch, or listen.
Let that breath carry love into the moment.

Love isn’t hiding. It’s waiting for you to notice. 🌿
