Data shared and stored is with the intention of being helpful to your therapy process, and it is understood by both parties, the therapist and the client/s, that this data may contain personal or sensitive information.

Online Therapy Enquiries

Members of the public who make enquiries via the website or via email, are consenting to their data being held with the purpose of arranging therapy. Emailed and webform queries from the general public are held for a maximum of one year. 
 

Visitors to the Website

When someone visits the website a third party service, Google Analytics, is used to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This is to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. This does not make, and does not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting the website.
