🌸 “Deep Brain Reorienting — coming home to 🌸 “Deep Brain Reorienting — coming home to the body”

Lately, I’ve been working with a beautiful modality called Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), created by Dr Frank Corrigan — and it continues to amaze me.

In sessions, I guide people to slow right down and listen to the small, quiet signals of the body — the flicker behind the eyes, the tightening in the neck, the flutter that says something old is waking up.

So often, the body is holding stories the mind has long forgotten: moments when our needs weren’t met, when we froze or tried to please, when we learned to survive instead of simply be.

Through DBR, we create a safe space for those places to unwind. The body processes the shock in its own rhythm, and something begins to soften — the breath deepens, the shoulders drop, and the person starts to feel more like themselves again.

I’ve watched clients leave with a new sense of calm and clarity, as if a little more life has come back into their system. And honestly, I feel it too — every time I hold this space, I’m reminded how wise and loving the body truly is.

💗 Sometimes healing doesn’t look dramatic. It’s the quiet return to your own heartbeat.

Have you ever felt your body telling you a story your mind didn’t yet understand?

If you’d like to experience this gentle work for yourself, I’d love to guide you. You can book a one-to-one Deep Brain Reorienting session or add it into a coaching journey — both online and in person.
✨ Send me a message or visit the link in my bio to find out more.

“Joy, Healing, and Carousel Rides” Sometimes “Joy, Healing, and Carousel Rides”

Sometimes healing looks like sitting in stillness, feeling the waves of emotion move through your body.
And sometimes, it looks like riding a sparkling Victorian horse on the Brighton carousel for £3 — laughing with your best friend until your cheeks ache. 🎠

Life keeps reminding me that joy is medicine.
That when we soften into play, we open space for healing too.

Lately, I’ve been working more deeply with Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) — a beautiful, gentle way of releasing old shocks and patterns that have stayed in the body.
It helps us return to our natural groundedness, to that inner knowing that says, “this feels right for me.”

Movement, laughter, breath, love — they all help us come home to ourselves. 💞

What’s one small thing that helps you reconnect with joy?

Remember the magic of flirting? That tiny spark w Remember the magic of flirting?

That tiny spark when eyes meet, a smile lingers a little longer than usual, a joke lands just right…

Flirting isn’t only about dating or seduction — it’s about aliveness. It’s play, curiosity, and gentle risk-taking. It’s letting someone know “I see you” without needing anything in return.

Somewhere along the way, many of us forget this. We get busy, guarded, or nervous. We start to think flirting means manipulation or pressure — when really, it can be light, warm and joyful.

I love helping people rediscover this art: slowing down, feeling at home in their own skin, using body language and words to invite connection, not to perform or impress.

💬 Try this today:

• Soften your face.

• Make brief, kind eye contact.

• Let a playful smile rise naturally.

• Stay curious — you don’t have to do anything more.

When you play with this energy, life starts to feel more connected, colourful and fun — whether you’re dating, partnered, or just enjoying human moments.

If you’d love more of this in your life, I offer workshops and coaching to help you feel confident, playful and magnetic while staying true to yourself.

With love and a wink 😉,

Cate 💖
