This feels much more embedded and intentional, like part of the story rather than an add-on.
    A reflection I return to often… ✨ So many people A reflection I return to often… ✨

So many people I work with aren’t trying to hurt each other.
They’re trying to be understood… and missing each other at the same time.

And somewhere in that space, it starts to feel exhausting.
You might find yourself thinking
Should I just give up?
Is this too hard?

But often, underneath the confusion, something much more tender is happening.
Two people wanting to be seen.
Two people feeling vulnerable.
Two nervous systems struggling to find safety at the same time 🫀

In couples therapy, we often say…
Sometimes it only takes a few more words.
A few more words to let someone into your world
or the willingness to really step into theirs.

Not fixing.
Not defending.

Just listening.
Creating space.
Taking a moment.
Choosing to stay.

Because sometimes, the shift doesn’t come from saying it perfectly
but from being willing to stay open while it’s imperfect 🌿

If this is something you’re navigating right now, I’ll be exploring this more deeply at my live event with Seed Talks on the 19th in Dublin at The Sugar Club.

Tickets are available through Eventbrite if you’d like to join.

What helps you stay open when things feel difficult in connection?

So much fun dancing to Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t she So much fun dancing to Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t she lovely”! My sister visited and I had the chance to remember how good it is to play and dance. Creating time for fun is such a big deal but it can be in little chunks xx#lovecoach #love #relationships #fun #flirting
    Something I often tell my clients… ✨ Attraction d Something I often tell my clients… ✨

Attraction doesn’t disappear because something is “wrong” in the relationship.
It often fades because the relationship has become… predictable in a way that leaves no space for aliveness.

Not because you don’t love each other.
But because you’ve both slowly moved into roles, routines, and responsibilities… and out of curiosity.

Desire needs space.
It needs a sense of discovery, of not fully knowing, of still meeting each other. 💫

And that doesn’t come from grand gestures.
It comes from small moments of presence… asking a new question, sharing something unfiltered, letting yourself be seen in a slightly different way.

Long term attraction isn’t built on effort alone.
It’s built on continued curiosity. 🤍

Where in your relationship have things become familiar… but no longer alive?

There’s a different kind of connection that become There’s a different kind of connection that becomes possible when you slow down

Not the kind built on performance, or trying to be chosen
but the kind that grows when you feel safe enough to be real

So many people move through dating and relationships holding subtle tension
Trying to say the right thing
Trying to be enough
Trying not to be rejected

But connection doesn’t deepen through effort
It deepens through presence

This is what we’ll be exploring together in Dublin
How to soften out of performance and into something more honest, embodied, and alive
How to feel more at ease in yourself, and more open with others
How connection begins to shift when you do

Join me in Dublin
Sunday 19 April
17:00-19:00
The Sugar Club, Dublin

If you’ve been craving something deeper, more real, more you this space is for you.
