I have to say what a wonderfully inspiring, surprisingly humorous and deeply insightful talk you did today at Brighthelm! I honestly loved it and can’t think of a better way to spend a Wednesday evening 😂 It was great content and even greater delivery (I wish my A Level psych teacher had a bit more of that and perhaps I would have got my predicted grade 😂). But yea, my purpose of this message (other than to tell you what a wonderful human being you seem) was to ask for the podcast details as I’d love to hear more!

This evening, I had the great pleasure of attending a talk about: The Art of Flirting in The Lodge at Rockwater by Relationship Therapist Cate Mackenzie. Cate is a warm, friendly, very knowledgeable, skilled and experienced people person who really knows her subject and who has an excellent delivery style aided by superb graphics and visuals, all conveyed to us in a fun, open and inclusive way and with interest and humour to engage us from start to finish.

There was an opportunity to ask Cate questions at the end and each person was listened to and a considered, helpful and supportive reply was given. I personally want to thank Cate and Sophie for an excellent, enjoyable and informative evening, and look forward very much to another of Cate's evenings. Rockwater was the perfect setting, with a lovely relaxing ambience and atmosphere, and we were looked after by the excellent bar staff there. Thank you. Cate is a very talented soul and years ago helped me navigate through some very difficult times with a past love. I now find it easier to see the wood for the trees in the love department. These days the person I am truly in love with is myself. Thank you Cate!

I attended Cate’s Flirting Workshop recently with an open mind, not knowing what to expect. In a very upbeat and fun way Cate steered us through a series of simple playful exercises and got us to interact with one another easily. What I didn’t know was that these exercises would unlock reactions, thoughts and feelings, that I wasn’t aware of within me, in a very profound and freeing way. Cate is truly masterful in the way she suggested, nudged and coaxed us through the workshop by making it truly interactive and giving us the tools to be able to take what we wanted from it and leave the rest. Thank you 🙏 so much Cate, I really enjoyed the experience!

I have recently attended one of the delightful Cate MacKenzie’s flirting workshops. Wow! This incredible woman really knows her stuff. She instantly made us feel at ease and the group were quick to start to relax around each other. We felt free to laugh, cry and heal from stored emotions and anything else that was lurking within. It was beautifully presented through movement and music and was such fun. I know I activated parts of myself that had laid dormant for many years and feel really ready to step into an even higher version of myself. Thank you Cate. Your workshop provided immense value for money and insights that were valuable to each and every person in that room.
