Jealousy is often viewed as something negative or shameful, yet it is one of the most human emotions we experience. Beneath feelings of anger, insecurity, comparison or control, jealousy can reveal deeper fears, unmet needs and emotional wounds that shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.

This talk explores jealousy with compassion and curiosity rather than judgement. Together, we’ll look at how attachment patterns, self-worth, past experiences and nervous system responses influence the way jealousy shows up in our relationships. We’ll also explore the impact of comparison culture and the emotional stories we carry beneath the surface. Through honesty, humour and reflection, we’ll aim to move beyond reactivity and towards greater self-awareness.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Understand about how attachment styles impact our experiences of jealousy
  • Explore how past experiences and nervous system responses can impact our self-worth and how we think about others
  • Discover the complexities of jealousy and what it can reveal about our inner worlds
  • Learn practical tips on how to transform jealousy from a place of disconnection into an opportunity for healing, growth and deeper intimacy
