Come and join in this deep heart meditation. Enter your chambers of love to discover your truth, authenticity and passion. When you embody your heart you can begin to allow the magic of your true nature to emerge. Heart play is a deep place of being able to ground, belong to yourself and to witness your magnificence unfolding through the surrender of embodiment. Cate’s workshop will be 2.30 pm – 3.15 pm.

Cate Mackenzie is a Sex and Relationship Therapist specialising in attachment and embodiment. She has been the Dating Coach on Channel 4’s “The Undateables”, Flirting Coach for The Jeremy Vine Show on Channel 5 and Sex Therapist on Channel 4’s Kinky Britain. She regularly writes a relationship column for “The Independent” and has two podcasts “Love, pleasure and joy” and “Cate Mackenzie’s meditations” and runs workshops on flirting, dating and opening up to love.
