Relationships and sexuality are important areas of life that sometimes need extra attention. It could be that you are an individual and you want to look at a sexual issue or how to engage in dating or a couple who wishes to develop better communication or greater sexual intimacy.
I am a COSRT Accredited Psychosexual Therapist and Couples Counsellor. I offer long and short term counselling to individuals and couples of any orientation or gender. I am inspired by Internal Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focussed Therapy and Bridging Encounter work (ECCT by Hedy Schliefer based on Imago work). I help individuals and couples to understand themselves on a deeper level so that they may have more choice in life and have the possibility to be open to connection.
For me the journey of being able to attune to yourself and understand and be able to work with the different parts of your system so that you can live a more grounded life seems so important.
I  lead seminars on how to flirt because I am aware that it is not always easy to reach out to others and there can be ways we can block the very relationships we want. I help people to understand how to slow down , regulate themselves and reach out in ways that may work better for them. Ideally in a way that is playful.  I also run workshops and courses on how to date for single people to build the confidence and the support to get into a relationship and courses to help individuals and pairs hear each other clearly with a method called Bridging developed from Hedy Schliefer and Harville Hendrix.  My work is to help clients build their emotional and sexual confidence, help individuals to find love and couples rediscover each other.  I welcome people from diverse backgrounds whether that is sexuality, gender, race, culture, orientation, class, size, ability or disability and am open to creating a collaboration with you.

At this time, it is safer for us to work together online and by phone.
